Qualitta Architectural Solutions was founded in 2011 by architects Juan Echeverri and Fabian Morales. We are a full-service general contractor based in Miami and serving all of South Florida and the Caribbean. The company started off delivering the finest quality millwork and over time we developed an excellent reputation of providing our customers with personalized customer service, professional workmanship and competitive pricing on both small and large projects.
Qualitta specializes in custom single-family homes, new construction, home renovations and repair, room and story additions, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, architectural plans and design. Our expertise is in space planning and implementation, and we also do work on commercial properties. Our goal has always been to develop long-lasting relationships with our customers and delivering to them a quality product. We work with our clients to ascertain their needs and work within their budgets. Client participation is encouraged in every phase, and each project receives personal attention from our experienced architects and interior designers.

Juan Camilo Echeverri
PRINCIPAL
An architect and project manager for the last 14 years, Juan got his start in the large civil engineering and architectural firm Construcciones e Inversiones Beta, in his hometown of Barranquilla, Colombia. As a residential architect he worked on many housing and urban design projects before moving in 2000 to the United States to work for the commercial display company ASI Displays, in Miami, FL.
Juan started working in 2008 for NUHOUSE Design Associates, in the Design District. That high-end architecture/interior design firm specialized in hospitality, commercial and residential designs. He worked on projects in South Florida, New York and throughout the Caribbean. Some of the more notable projects included Temenos Baccarat Resort, in Anguilla BWI; Molasses Reef Resort, in Turks & Caicos; Bahia Beach Resort, Rio Grande, PR; and Sushi Maki MIA, in Miami.
In 2010, he joined Miami-based Maple Manufacturing: a manufacturer of high- end custom millwork and glass solutions for commercial, institutional and residential projects. Juan’s work can be seen at One Thousand Ocean, Boca Raton, the Lehman Theatre (Miami Dade College), Miami Children’s Hospital and Sony, BMG.
In 2011, Qualitta Architectural Solutions was founded by Juan to leverage his strong background in architectural design and contracting management. Throughout the years, Qualitta has completed a vast array of commercial and residential projects in South Florida, The Caribbean, and South America. The passion for detail, precision and design of his founder has made Qualitta a company to rely upon in making ideas come to life.
This experience has awarded Qualitta with a solid reputation as a high quality and innovative supplier to all his clients. Today, international companies, such as Rolfor- mados, has awarded the company representation of all its portfolio of products for the Bolivian market.
